Spoke to salesman and explained there was an electrical issue in the loom and if Clark Commercials had technicians for this work. Was assured they had 2!Booked van in for Thursday and left note describing a suspected electrical issue including 3 likely wires. Had to chase for updates on Thursday then told to come Friday. On Friday told to come Saturday then Tuesday as they were busy (excuse 1). On Monday told the technician had identified the problem that I had already told them to check initially. On Tuesday the technician apparently had a course (excuse 2) so to come in Wed PM or likely Thursday. Finally got the van back Thursday PM for a whacking 660 bill to replace 3 wires! Considering similar works done prior at a local garage (half the time and half the hourly rate) these guys are far slower which is not what I expect for the premium rate charged. I also did not expect the slow communications and having to chase for updates.

Awful,took my van away on Monday, taken 4 days to replace the battery then when I went to pick it up today still a fault on it. This after the last time they had my van for 6 weeks trying to trace an electrical fault that turned out to be a charger plugged in. avoid at all costs
The first time I took my van here was to investigate a coolant and oil leak. They fixed the problem although I had to return the next day as the mechanic had not put in enough coolant.The staff were very apologetic and sorted the problem.The second time I took my van in was to investigate a knocking noise. I was told this was due to a bolt being loose. I was told bolt was replaced and tightened. After paying for the work and getting into my van the knocking noise was apparent before even leaving the car park. The van was clearly not checked properly after the work had been done. I took the van to another mechanic a few days later and the problem was sorted within the same day and I was not charged as all he had to do was tighten a bolt. I returned a feedback form from Clark's and received a call asking what the problem was, after explaining what was wrong all I was offered was an apology. It is concerning that small jobs are not done properly and simple mistakes are made on every occasion I have been. Will not be returning.
Excellent staff, can't go wrong visiting here for your new vehicle, deals are better than those online.
