Every time I visit the store I find the staff very cheerful and helpful

Rude and unhelpful staff, especially since they are working with members of the public who have health concerns. We are new parents and my partner felt that the staff made her feel inadequate and had no concerns for the fact that she had genuine worries regards her own health in terms of maternal care.We registered for the Minor Ailments Service at this pharmacy with a view to support local firms, however, we have decided to take our custom to the local Boots store.Never written online review before but felt so strongly that this is my first. Will repeat these concerns in writing to them.
