Nice staff and a decent enough menu for a business hotel such as this. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are aged and could really do with a refurb. The beds are very comfy. You will have a great night sleep. It's clean and great for a quick stay in Dyce.
Dated but nice hotel, it's got all the basics that you would expect. The food at the restaurant is a bit limited and there aren't many options nearby though. Good for business trips.
Wow. This was a lovely hotel. I came for a coffee and peaked at the menu. The menu tempted me into an early lunch (Caesar Salad - pictured). I was Not disappointed. The foyer and bar were bright and welcoming and the staff were all friendly, approachable and eager to help. I would come here again both for a meal and to stay and would consider exploring it for a function if the need arose.
Wasn't impressed at all. My room was so hot, I had to phone reception and request a change. Putting the fan, on the 1970's air-conditioning panel, to cool setting only blasted hot air in both rooms. No free Internet, unless you're a member of their loyalty scheme. Who, these days, doesn't provide free WiFi to their customers? Unless I can help it, I won't be staying here again.
I don't normally write reviews but in all honesty, this hotel is worthy of a really positive rating. Not only was the room and all of the facilities of a really high standard as well as clean and well maintained, but the staff in particular went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. It is rare to find hotel staff going out of their way to this extent to provide a breakfast that was off the menu, a pick up from the airport when there wasn't really anyone around to do so, and altogether a very friendly can-do approach. Well done! It really was very good and I am now a very keen fan.
