This gust house is one of the greatest places i have ever stayed in so comfortable great break fast the room is very clean and warm with good wifi and nice view of garden below . The staff here are very nice and polite and helpful. Enjoyed staying here and can't wait to come back i recommend it.

A excellent guest house in dyceArrived at the place a little bit late since my flight was delayed and was still greeted with a warm welcome the owner was very nice showed me my room when i entered the room it was very warm an clean very modern and the shower was very warm. Tesco was 1 minute walk , the trian station 5 minute walk, ariport 10 minute drive and there is a restarant next door you are allowed to take your food to your room.The Breakfast here is great when you are in a rush there is also a microwave and fridge great wifi that reaches all parts of the house as it is very big . In the room you can't hear a thing even when there is nosie outsidegreat placde i recommend it.
brillant guest houseI used granville many times before and always had a lovely stay everything near you staff is great owner very helpful and kind nice to chat with. Very clean room warm and modern with warm showewr and lovely view of the garden. Good breakfast when in rush. Owner helped me when i was late to work and he transported me to work. I enjoyed my stay and like to come back again.
Great guest houseI arrived at the guset house quite late in the night and was happy to see someone still waiting for me (the owner) with a warm welcome. When I entered the room i thought it would be cold but it was not it was very cosy and comfortable the shower was also warm and the room was clean and modern the best part is that in the room you can't hear a thing on the inside even when there is a bit of nosie outside beautiful view outside of the guest house garden. In the morning there is a great varity of breakfast chocies in the dining room there is also a fridge and microwave.The guset house also has many things around it like tesco is a 1 minute walk there is a restarant next door the train station is a 5 minute walk and the airport is 10 minute drive away. I have stayed many times and loved it and i can't wait to return.
