At a dinner dance, great choice/ menu, meal was very tasty, and served quickly, all staff very professional and courteous.
Looks a bit run down from the outside, rooms are decent. Food is unbelievable, absolutely disgusting, microwaved filth. Your better off eating from the toilet.
Hallmark is what you pay for. Low budget. I find the rooms clean. Some rooms can be very warm, that can be an issue if opening the windows to cool the room it becomes very noisy due to close by heliport. Food and breakfast is on the low side. I cannot recomend the restaurant.
Stayed here last night 24/11/2018 with dinner bed and breakfast for our anniversary and can honestly say we were very impressed. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe room and chocolates for our anniversary. Room was immaculate and very big. Got room service to the room and was very quick being delivered even though there was an event on. Food was good too, before they brought the food up they brought the drinks up first so didn't have to wait on those. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.Nicola and James x
